Common user problems

Resolve common buyer, seller, payment, merchant and CLI security issues.

Cannot add a product

Check merchant setup, Git integration, repository visibility, selected branch or tag, required files, language, product type and required agreements.

Repository is not recognized

Confirm required project files exist: package.json, lockfiles, pom.xml, Gradle files or boilerplate.yml. If the repository is a monorepo, split or select a structure Boilerplate can recognize as one product.

Product is rejected

Open product or version details, read the rejection reason, correct files, dependencies, metadata or license information, then submit again.

Product is in quarantine or requires manual check

Wait for review if the process is automatic. If unresolved, contact support with product ID, version and reason.

Cannot buy a product

Check sign-in state, product status, cart warnings, transaction availability, payment method and price changes.

Purchased product is missing

Check that payment status is Paid, that you are using the same account and that the product was not purchased by a team account.

Merchant verification failed

Review document quality, file type, file size, resolution, personal data and bank statement details.

CLI access looks suspicious

Open CLI Security, review records and revoke or update credentials if available.
