Transactions, invoices and payouts
Review payment and payout states before retrying checkout or seller withdrawals.
Transaction statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The transaction was created but is not finished. |
| Paid | The payment succeeded. |
| Failed | The payment failed. |
| Waiting for payment | The system is waiting for payment confirmation. |
| Cancelled | The transaction was cancelled. |
| Processing | The transaction is being processed. |
If a product is missing after checkout, check transaction status first. Use the transaction ID when contacting support or comparing payment-provider logs with Store records.
Payout statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The payout is waiting or being processed. |
| Success | The payout completed successfully. |
| Failed | The payout could not be completed. |
Payout records should be reconciled against merchant account status before retrying. If merchant verification or bank details are incomplete, retrying the same payout action usually will not fix the underlying issue.
