Reviewing AI changes and billing

AI can change the graph, but editors still review configuration, permissions, secrets and budget impact.

Review before saving

Check that every required block field is filled.
Confirm selected integrations belong to the current project owner or team.
Verify that secrets are referenced from Vault, not pasted into visible fields.
Run the workflow with safe test input.
Review logs and outputs.

Team workflows

For team-owned drafts, owners and designers share the assistant conversation. Team workflows can use Boilerplate AI or team-owned AI integrations. Private member AI integrations are not exposed to team drafts.

AI source and billing

Boilerplate AI can consume Builders budget. User or team AI integrations use the selected provider credentials and are not charged to Builders budget.
